Strategy is where your time, your money, and your people go. Where are yours going?

Strategy is the allocation of resources to their highest and best use. You answer the four questions of who you are, where you are going, where you stand, and how you get there, then build the cascade from identity to objectives to strategies to tactics. You write three objectives, each measurable with a date, and give every tactic one owner, an absolute date, and a definition of done. A quarterly review is what keeps a plan alive.
