Rich Turner spent his first career as a Marine Corps officer and helicopter pilot before earning dual master’s degrees in Engineering Management and Business Management and building a career across Fortune 100 organizations.
Since relocating from Colorado to Montana in 2022, Rich has contributed to more than $100 million in statewide economic impact—working across business, government, and education to strengthen leadership and generate lasting value.
He founded Rich in Thought to partner with business owners and leadership teams who want more than advice. They want someone who has operated at scale, understands the weight of leadership, and brings a service-first approach to every engagement—believing that the true measure of success lies in the growth and achievements of those he serves.
